Many times I do not know weather I should put the article the
so if there is any rule please tell me.
One of these cases when using the expression real life
. Would you rather say in real life
or in the real life
? Or are both correct?

There have been many similar questions on this forum, and, no, there isn't a simple rule. We say 'in real life' - we speak of 'life' in general but 'the life' of a particular person.

There have been many similar questions on this forum, and, no, there isn't a simple rule. We say 'in real life' - we speak of 'life' in general but 'the life' of a particular person.
