How do I install a Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 driver on Ubuntu?

-1

I can't connect to the internet using wifi or ethernet. Only using my phone as a usb tether. I've looked everywhere for guides on how to get the driver but most of them are for other realtek versions and the ones that are my versions the link to the driver is 404. Here's some info:

$ inxi -nx

Network: Card-1: Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 PCIE Gigabit Ethernet Controller
driver: r8169 v: 2.3LK-NAPI port: 3000 bus-ID: 01:00.1
IF: enp1s0f1 state: down mac: f0:76:1c:2b:38:15
Card-2: Broadcom Limited BCM43142 802.11b/g/n bus-ID: 02:00.0
IF: N/A state: N/A mac: N/A

Ultimately, if there is a better way, can someone please just tell me how to connect to the internet?
