It should be "copies". There are multiple things that have been copied, so you should use the plural word.



However, you should also use the article "the" before "certificate", just as you do before "original contract".




Attached herewith are copies of the certificate and the original contract.




You can also refer to each copy separately, then they're singular:




Attached herewith are a copy of the certificate and a copy of the original contract.
