I want to tell someone that i don't know but using better way, is it correct to say "This is out of my knowledge" or there is mistake here, if so please correct me.

I can think of a large number of ways of expressing something like that. It's beyond me. It might as well be Greek, for all I know. That looks like rocket science. I'm out of my depth. If you're only asking if this is out of my knowledge is okay, it's not something I've ever heard and it sounds a little strange to me. But I don't think it would be misunderstood. If you're asking something else, you'll need to clarify.

Thank you very much, i understand what you mean but all the sentences you provided can't be used in my situation, i made a video about "How to Mute Your PC or Laptop Using One Key" and someone replied: "What if I want to create a shortcut key to mute a specific application? How do I do that?" and i want to say something different than "i don't know" and i can't think about any good sentence.

I can think of a large number of ways of expressing something like that. It's beyond me. It might as well be Greek, for all I know. That looks like rocket science. I'm out of my depth.
