Google Sheets- How to express a range of values with nested if loops [on hold]

This is a nested if loop I wrote in google spreadsheets

enter image description here

Whenever I enter a value for B5 between 0 and 1 like 0.5, it says there is "no match".

I think there is something wrong with the last section of the code.
I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

Thank you very much.
