It may be a duplicate of the following topic but the answers are not clear enough1

When do you say Monday (Tuesday, Wednesday, etc) morning, and when - Monday's morning? Is there any specific rule?

  • For the most part you never use the possessive. I can’t think of a scenario where you would for timeframes like this. You could say “Wednesday’s match was intense!”. But you would only say “Wednesday evening” etc for timeframes.
