How do I rebroadcast udp broadcast packets on a different port using socat [on hold]

Broadcast Udp packets enter on port A.
How do rebroadcast on port B.

it is unclear what this meansbut not this form
..... it appears, from reading the linux man page, that the socat utility is able to do what you asked ..... if you still have the command that you mentioned, then reverse the source and sink streams
