in a printed document, there is a section is aligned to the bottom of the content and is present only on the last page
e.g. for quotations, this section may be the "Terms and conditions"
It is not a footer as it doesnt appear on every page, it is the bottom most content and only appear once
what is word for that section?
single-word-requests nouns

"It is not a footer as it doesnt appear on every page" : footers don't have to be the same throughout a document.

Are you after “endnote,” defined as “a note, as of explanation, emendation, or the like, added at the end of an article, chapter, etc.” on Dictionary.com?
