Are there any grammatical errors in the first sentence?

I can't quite understand the first and second sentence in your question. If you can edit them that would be great, and I will be able to construct and answer for you.

Certainly the second is easier to understand, because love in the first version could easily be a verb (with "that" validly omitted, "Eleven ways to show that your cats love — oh, there's the that... um... ok..."). However, we don't do proofreading, which this question appears to be. Could you rewrite it so that it does fit what's on topic here?
