My native language is not english and I'm wondering if handswift or hand-swift does mean anything in english.
I found out, that swift-handed means something but could handswift be related to swift-handed? Does or could an english speaking person relate handswift with swift-handed?
Thanks in advance for any clarifications

Have you looked up the word in any dictionaries? What did that tell you? What would you expect ‘handswift’ to mean?

Off-topic (no research). A basic search on the internet would reveal that there's no such word. Our Help Centre advises: "don’t ask any questions about the following topics. They are out of scope for this site. #The meaning of words, or synonyms for words, unless you have first looked them up in a dictionary or thesaurus." See How to Ask for further guidance. :-)

There are a few meanings of handfast here in English and it exists in Swedish. Usually swift is a synonym for fast, but unfortunately not in this case!
