docker container Ubuntu: [closed]

I want to set a temporary IP for a container, but I don`t know how to do this.
When I run this command:

sudo docker inspect mynetwork

It shows a long output, with the names of containers and their ip's like:

( IPv4Address: 192.168.1.2/24 )

I want to change this IP, with 192.168.1.3/24 also the container has a name and id...does anyone have an idea?

Where can I find the container settings?
