Sharing a Tomb with several GPG keys

In the documentation for Tomb http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/bionic/man1/tomb.1.html#share%20a%20tomb it is stated that it is possible to share a Tomb between several users - but it is not very clearly documented (I suspect it is related to the -R option that is not mentioned elsewhere).
Suppose I have created an encrypted storage file secrets.tomb:
tomb dig -s 10 secrets.tomb
Now I can forge a key with my own pgp key:
tomb forge -k secrets.tomb.key -gr key-id
Without possesing my friends private pgp keys (but obviously their public keys), how can I lock secrets.tomb so we all can open secrets.tomb? I only really need to share the tomb between users on the same server, but if a general solution that allows to move the tomb is possible, it is even better.
