Help reading handwriting [on hold]

Hi, I'm trying to read this handwriting in the image, I can read everything except one word: "But in the Gaussian case the BLUE is ____ the MVU estimator - not so for the Laplacian PDF." I can't read the underlined word. Please help, thanks.
