Learned a new word can't remember what it was. What is a name for a person who is wealthy but acts like they aren't?
I was talking to one friend about another friend to see if they knew one another. And the one friend says "oh ya his family are known as [blank]. He called them a word I had never heard before so asked what it meant and he said it's people who are wealthy but act or live like they are poor. I think it started with an A.

You have to provide more guidance than that. I could say such a person is deceptive, humble, incognito or any number of words for other meanings. What is it about their behaviour, character, or motivation that you are looking for?
