how to restore password in PolicyKit KDE

Some time ago i've set a password for TorGuard VPN application. Now i can't enter application since pass is incorrect.
There is no setting for PolicyKit-Kde in System Settings.
How do i reset/restore a password now ?
uname -a
Linux host 3.16.0-5-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 3.16.51-3+deb8u1 (2018-01-08) i686 GNU/Linux

Have you tried entering the root password in that box?

yes. no difference. running under root same application works good since policykit pass for application under root was not set
