Huion graphics tablet works, but not detected in settings. [Linux Mint 19]

Linux Mint 19, Cinnamon

I bought a Huion 420 graphics tablet, and when I plug it in, I am able to control my cursor just fine. All the functions seem to work.

However, I need to tweak some settings. When I go to the Graphics Tablet menu in Settings, it says "No tablet detected. Please plug in or turn on your graphics tablet."

My tablet is detected by xinput -list

⎡ Virtual core pointer id=2 [master pointer (3)]

but if I try xsetwacom --list devices, nothing is displayed.

I have tried installing the most up-to-date versions of all libwacom packages, but it hasn't changed anything.
