What is a good Linux Distro for Active Directory integration? [closed]

In our call centre, the only application required is a webapp which requires Chrome + the Zoiper softphone.

We currently use Windows 10 however, I want to migrate to Linux to save money. The only requirement is that I need to be able to join the devices to an Active Directory domain for authentication.

What is a good Linux Distribution which is free and has a very simple process for joining the domain? I have tested Ubuntu however, I found the domain join process to be lengthy and complicated. Is there a distro that has everything I need pre-installed, or at least has a smoother process for configuration?
